On December 10, 2009 we purchased the property with the support of some
friends who provided spiritual and financial resources.
Now the "real" work begins
- refurbishing the building and fine tuning the concept towards
successful occupancy.
We continue to need your support, either
through a direct
tax-exempt donation in any amount to CA-FAM III,
Inc. or providing us with a loan
above $500, for a period of six months to two years.
Please note that, should you require, your loan to this project can be
secured with a lien against the property.

Volunteer
As you can imagine, developing a
30,000 square foot facility requires significant coordination of various
activities. Should you have any of the skills listed below and wish to
volunteer your services as a consultant or services provider, please
complete our volunteer
registration form.
- To refurbish 3911 we will require the
services of architects, engineers, building cleaning services with
special environment [asbestos, etc.] capabilities, plumbers &
electricians, locksmiths, communications network specialists, general
building contractors, sustainable technology specialist and other
related trades.
- To develop a facility usage plan we
will require the services of lawyers, accountants, financial planners,
program developers, proposal writers, hospitality specialists, food
service specialists, real estate management specialists and arts,
humanities, holistic health and new technologies
